Pheiyn The Turtler

Pheiyn was born into The Floating Republic of Queensparroh on the 21st Of Montecrew. He was brought up on the ship "17-194-RT" where he found one day a turtle with the name of Mr.Turtle. They sail through the land of Industria in search of good food and good adventures.

Pheiyn’s father is a ferry captain by day and brewer by evening.

Often times Pheiyn and Mr.Turtle are accompanied by E.W. Hartwell and Nat Macintosh.
