So I'm going to Start Monthly writing prompts for a way to get people engaged in short, themed stories or a way for you to consider writing a larger story. There's a lot of ideas for themes, and I shall try to get to them all. There is a "voting" thing on the Citizens of Antiford facebook group. Keep an eye out for writing prompts.

This is just something I am going to try and do but for Machen Bachen the Prompt is/was The Glass Octopus. Do a story, do a picture. Just add to Antiford's best Comic Book Hero! Make sure to submit it for the Contest, completed, before Machen Bachen!!

This month's writing prompt will be: Antipocalypse! 

That's right, the apocalypse hits Araz, wait... Orr! It's your time to write a non-cannon scary story about the Antiford Apocalypse. Write some sort of story or group of stories about some way Antiford ends. Try to spread it out, not make everyone do Zombies or Nuclear Blast. And if you can, try to Brainstorm ideas for Apocalypse in the comments below. I will try and update a running list here as well as who suggested the idea "first".

Feel free to collaborate on story ideas, or even write a giant Apocalypse story collabed together. The ideas mentioned here are not "taken" and there is no contest. This is just a way to break us from our normal writing styles and ideas to spread the world.

Welcome to my Birthday month! This is going to be great! There is so much happening!!

I know it's tough, but let's keep writing going. With National Novel Writing Month, The Challenge of the Badger, and other things..... there's a great deal of writing to be done. 

Prompt One: I would really like EVERYONE to do the Badger's Challenge. Get at least an outline finished for this within the month. Think about what you'll write. Characters, places, storyline... all important.

Prompt Two: In honor of my birthday, I want you to consider doing a fun, quick piece using.... ANOTHER character on the site. Not someone else's minor character, use an actual character on the site. Doesn't have to be big, but it does need to be fun and (an attempt at) some collaboration.
