History
The mysterious company is rumored to be run by Arthur Baron-Cabot, a nobleman who had gone missing during the Technocratic Revolution.
It was said that he was stripped of his ranking by the Technocrats and went into the business of crafting illicit synthetic materials.
There are few providers of his creations. Baron-Cabot has not been seen since his loss of stature as he, most likely, is in hiding for fear of backlash from both the Technocrats as well as the police force.
